Working with our customer we conducted a site survey to assess power requirements and load capacity for their proposed conversion of a warehouse to a new manufacturing plant. We calculated the power requirements and designed a supply that would meet the factory’s electrical demands, complying with electrical codes and regulations.
We established all requirements for the installation which included, the Kiosk, MSB, Distribution Boards, cable routes, and other components. A quotation for the project was prepared and approval to proceed was obtained from the client.
The specifically designed Kiosk was purchased and mounted in the designated area. We organised all civil works including the digging of trenches and laying of conduits along the planned route from the Kiosk to the MSB. All cables were laid and securely fastened to ensure proper insulation and prevention of mechanical damage. We organised and installed an earthing system to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Following further discussions with our customer, we organised the design, manufacture, and installation of the MSB and Distribution Boards in various areas of the factory to meet their manufacturing needs. Cable routes were planned and the sub-main cables were installed and secured to avoid interference or damage.
A full system test was conducted, checking the system for voltage levels, load balancing, grounding, and safety compliance. Commissioning was undertaken in association with customer representatives to ensure the system met all specified requirements.
